Payment is made through a Single Collecting Document (DUC). Fees must be paid only 48 hours after the application is submitted, using the reference and amount indicated in the document.

In the personal area, go to Applications> Automatic Renewal. You must follow all necessary steps and submit the application for automatic renewal of your residence permit.

Please ensure all data is correct. The residence permit number is indicated in the upper right corner of the document. The password must contain at least 6 characters, including lowercase, uppercase, special character and number.
