COVID-19: Changes at SEF public service

FAQS

Prevention and control measures for the new coronavirus (PT)

As from Monday 4 May, the lifting lockdown plan, followed by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers 33-C/2020, of 30 April, approved thereto, is put into practice.

Therefore, some conditions are maintained: regular sanitation of the spaces; reduced maximum capacity; physical distancing of two metres; mandatory wearing of masks in services and public transports, schools, commerce and other enclosed spaces.

The decentralised public services, as is SEF face-to-face service, tax offices or commercial registers, will reopen.

However, the face-to-face service is made by previous appointment only and the wearing of masks is mandatory.
